Date and Time Details: This is a gentle emotional healing and stress recovery retreat that supports your nervous system to slow down and reset. Unlike many intense retreats, this experience focuses on deep rest, safety and regulation, not performance or pressure. • Slow, quiet mornings (no early schedules) • Nature immersion in Finnish forest and lakeside environment • Traditional sauna experience (deep relaxation and recovery) • Optional guided evening sessions • A solo-friendly retreat environment where you can be alone or connect This is a small, carefully held retreat with limited participants to ensure safety, space and personal attention. SILENCE RETREAT – PROGRAM (4 Days / 3 Nights) Please note: Participation in all activities is optional. You are free to take part in the program in a way that feels right for you. What this retreat is NOT

The structure is intentionally simple and calming:

• Sauna and rest
• Optional guided evening sessions (gentle, not confrontational)
• Space to be alone or connect with others

There is also an option to book a private 1:1 session if you feel the need for deeper support.
